Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to join Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC)-3 organization in Huntsville, AL.This role will be leading the Seeker Processor team. This position provides critical program leadership with design responsibilities that include delivering on all cost and schedule program commitments on platform system designs, technical performance of platform products through delivery, and managing risk and opportunities.Position Responsibilities:

Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards.

Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests.

Will be responsible as Control Account Manager (CAM) for the respective IPT organizations.

Provide direction to multi-function teams as team leader.

IPT leader will oversee development production and sustainment work scope for respective IPT.

Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case.

Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules.

Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry.

Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders.

Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (a technical degree is defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in a mathematical, scientific or information technology field of study)

5+ years’ experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical management

Experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion

Experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Experience using Program Management Best Practices

Typical Education & Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
